Land Rover launches London takeover to celebrate the iconic Defender - The city of London is celebrating the iconic Defender as the 2,000,000th vehicle produced makes its way to Bonhams for auction on the 16th December. In a nod to the vehicle's rich heritage, Defender took over the capital for one special day, as London gets set to welcome the Defender 2,000,000 for its auction debut. The unique Defender 2,000,000 was built by an all-star cast of special guests, including Land Rover ambassador Bear Grylls. All proceeds from the sale of this unique vehicle will be donated to Land Rover's charity partners, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the Born Free Foundation.
